Arca Continental is a company dedicated to the production and sale of non-alcoholic beverages from The Coca-Cola Company's own brands, as well as salty snacks under the brands Bokados in Mexico, Inalecsa in Ecuador, and Wise in the United States.

We are looking for: Supply Chain IT - SAP Solutions Analyst – Procesa International

Position Mission:

Create value through the design, implementation and maintenance of Supply Chain technological solutions aligned to the business strategy in the short and long term.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Work IT solution landscape and roadmap.
   1. Understand current IT application and solution landscape for Wise
   2. Map relationship between the application landscape and Wise / AC Food Supply Chain processes
   3. Document improvements and best practices in both processes and applications
   4. Identify best in class Supply Chain applications on the market (Planning, Procurement, Quality)
   5. Provide visibility to the organization of the sales function though the definition of KPIs and reports
   6. Define a 5-yr roadmap for the Supply Chain solutions for AC Foods
2. Manage Supply Chain IT Project Leader
   1. Understand all the resources needed for a project
   2. Lead the people and resources involved on the project to ensure the outcome on time and on budget
   3. Present on a periodic basis Supply Chain IT projects and initiatives to management
3. Manage Communications and alignments with Supply Chain teams (Supply Chain Planning, Procurement, Quality, Transportation, Production, Finished Product, Maintenance, Purchasing, Warehouse, etc.)
   1. Recurring project and initiative alignment meetings
   2. Short / long term operative, tactic, and strategic roadmap
   3.  IT Project management and follow up w/ corporate / Wise IT resources.
4. Manage Relations and communications with AC Corporate Supply Chain planning, Procurement and Quality IT teams.
   1. Recurring project and initiative alignment meetings
   2. Short / long term operative, tactic, and strategic roadmap
   3. IT Project management and follow up w/ other Wise IT resources.
5. Analyze, recommend, implement, and support modifications to IT application systems.
   1. Develop functional specifications for approved development projects.
   2. Identify opportunities to improve operating procedures.
   3. Design, test and implement improvements to new/existing processes.
   4. Upgrade software as needed. Purchase new/upgrade if appropriate.
   5. Troubleshoot problems and provide explanations and/or resolutions to software issues.
   6. Train users on use of the technology.
   7. Ensure adherence to all applicable policies, standards and guidelines for analysis and programming and
   8. System integrations.

Position Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum College – Desire Bachelors
• Bachelor’s Degree: Information Systems, Industrial Engineer

Languages:

• Spanish – Advanced (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
• English – Advanced (Reading, Writing and Speaking)
