Mission
Plan, lead, and oversee Human Capital strategies to ensure our Complementary Businesses have the right talent and effective development, training, and organizational initiatives to strengthen employee performance and support the achievement of business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement talent development strategies and frameworks that strengthen organizational performance.
- Implement mechanisms and tools to identify and assess talent based on potential and performance.
- Define and follow up on development plans resulting from talent review and succession planning processes.
- Oversee training and competency development plans across the businesses.
- Ensure performance management processes are completed effectively and on time, providing relevant information to support decision-making.
- Define and oversee annual training plans based on identified business and development needs.
- Coordinate training initiatives and evaluate their effectiveness and impact.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure compliance with agreed service levels.
- Lead, develop, and provide direction to the team responsible for talent and development initiatives.
- Design and deploy talent acquisition strategies in alignment with business needs and established policies and procedures.
- Lead organizational culture and employee engagement initiatives.
- Support and oversee organizational change initiatives and methodologies.
- Coordinate internal communication initiatives and campaigns, ensuring effective implementation and follow-up.
- Manage the area's budget and oversee vendor administration and related processes.
Education
- Minimum education: Bachelor's degree.
- Preferred education: Master's degree or other relevant graduate studies.
- Preferred fields of study: Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Education, or related fields.
Requirements
- Relevant experience in talent management, organizational development, learning and development, or talent acquisition.
- Experience leading talent, development, and organizational initiatives.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Availability to work primarily on-site and travel occasionally.
